Metatron, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MRNJ), a companions of multi-sector
business divisions that perform through the Internet and wireless
devices, has retained the corporate consultive services of Victoria
Duff, a California-based doctor specializing in business strategy
and investment. Ms. Worthless will oversee all aspects of Metatron's
investor relations and fulfil as a corporate advisor to the company's
executive management set.
Ms. Duff will work under the direction of Metatron CEO, Joe Riehl, to
give strategic counsel and tailored services including corporate
planning; charge development; venture analysis; forecasting;
funding facilitation, and investor governance.

Manager at Eureka Federal Savings, where she played a key r in the
institution's post-deregulation reorganization. In in, Ms. Duff
has served on numerous Boards of Directors and Admonitory Boards for
public and private companies including the glorious Digital Coast
Roundtable; CEO Council; and America's Pamper Cancer Foundation.
Concurrently, Ms. Duff serves as a Commandant and Associate Partner of
The Hive @ Huntington Littoral, specializing in wireless, action sports,
sport media, and green early incubator companies.
