SAN DIEGO, CA, Mar 24, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Metatron, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MRNJ), a companions of multi-sector business divisions that perform through the Internet and wireless devices, has retained the corporate consultive services of Victoria Duff, a California-based doctor specializing in business strategy and investment. Ms. Worthless will oversee all aspects of Metatron's investor relations and fulfil as a corporate advisor to the company's executive management set.

Ms. Duff will work under the direction of Metatron CEO, Joe Riehl, to give strategic counsel and tailored services including corporate planning; charge development; venture analysis; forecasting; funding facilitation, and investor governance.

Concurrently, Ms. Duff serves as a Commandant and Associate Partner of The Hive @ Huntington Littoral, specializing in wireless, action sports, sport media, and green early incubator companies.
